This policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver your orders placed on our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. General
We strive to maintain accurate stock levels. However, there may be instances where certain items are unavailable at the time of order. In such cases, available items will be shipped first, and you will be notified regarding the remaining items.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. The amount displayed at checkout is final.
3. Delivery Terms

Domestic Transit Time: 2–7 business days.

International Transit Time: 4–22 business days (depending on courier service and customs).

Dispatch Cut-off: Orders placed before 12:00 AM IST ship the same day; others dispatch the next business day.

Operating Hours: Monday–Friday, standard business hours (excluding national holidays).

Change of Address: Allowed only before dispatch.

Out of Stock Items: In-stock items will be shipped immediately; pending items sent once available.

Delayed Delivery: If delivery exceeds estimated time, please contact us for investigation.
4. Tracking
Customers receive a tracking link via email/SMS once their order has been dispatched.
5. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If possible, reject damaged parcels at delivery and notify us immediately.

If delivery occurs in your absence, contact customer service for next steps.

Note: Box/package damage alone does not qualify for refund or replacement (only product damage does, as per Return Policy).
6. Duties & Taxes

GST: Included in displayed product prices.

International Orders: Import duties/taxes may apply at destination. If refused, goods will be returned at your cost. Refund will be issued for product value minus return shipping; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Lost Shipments: Replacement/refund will be issued once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.

Damaged Shipments: Refund/replacement only after courier investigation is completed.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
The Computer Mega Store
We value your trust. However, due to the nature of our products, this policy is strict and applies to all purchases.
1. No Returns After Shipment

No product will be accepted for return once shipped.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

If the buyer requests cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order (before dispatch), applicable payment gateway charges, taxes, packaging, and handling fees will be deducted, and the remaining balance refunded.

No cancellation/refund requests are accepted after 24 hours.
2. No Returns for Opened/Unsealed Products

No returns, refunds, or replacements are allowed if the product seal is opened or tampered with.

No returns/refunds/replacements are allowed if you do not like the product, change your mind, or feel it does not meet your expectations.

Manufacturing defects are not covered by The Computer Mega Store. Such issues are strictly handled by the manufacturer’s authorized service centers under their warranty policy.
3. Proof of Shipment

All products are packed and dispatched under CCTV surveillance to ensure order accuracy.

Because of this, claims of “wrong item received” are not accepted.

In case of disputes regarding product condition, customers must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video as proof.

Box/package damage alone does not qualify for refund/replacement.
4. Inspection & Responsibility

If the returned item (in rare exceptions) is found to be the same product originally shipped, not faulty, or tampered with, no refund will be issued.

Reverse shipping costs will always be borne by the customer.

If the customer requests the same item back after a failed claim, reshipping, packaging, and handling charges must be paid by the customer.
5. Refund Terms

Refunds apply only to cases where cancellation is made within 24 hours (before dispatch).

Gateway charges, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
6. Exclusions
Refunds/replacements will not be issued for:

Change of mind or product not liked

Products with broken/opened seal

Products with manufacturing defects (covered only by manufacturer service centers)

Sale or discounted items (unless required by law)
